Today is another milestone in the Iraq war, as the polls were once again open for the third and final election in the series of elections put forth last year. Reports have it that turnout was great, particularly among those who had not come out in large numbers in the first two elections. Be aware that you will not hear this reported many places as the tremendous event that it truly is. Imagine people in Iraq going to the polls, some for the first time to vote on their own future? That is the essence of democracy, a people able to vote on their own future, and due to the efforts of our brave men and women of the Armed Forces under the courageous leadership of the Commander in Chief, President George W. Bush, the people of Iraq have done just that. So it is a good day for the people of Iraq and a good day for freedom in the Middle East. Which translates, for those of you that still do not get this, into a good day for the United States of America!

On another note, I am now the subject of a website. If you go to
www.tomcrouse. net, you will see what those who advocate that I am being hateful have done in the name of free speech. Isn't it strange that those who preach tolerance are so intolerant and those who cry hate are so hateful? Well, hey, as someone recently emailed to me, you know you have made it when you have a website named after you, thanks Wayne!

blog you later,
pastor tom
