Barak Obama is a man who has captured the hearts and minds of many people in his run for the Presidency. His Ace in the hole, his calling card, his trump card has been judgement. His answer to the Clinton criticism of his not being ready on day one, or not having the experience to answer that 3 a.m. phone call has been judgment. He preaches that his judgment is better than his opponents due to the fact that he was against the war in Iraq from the beginning. Like him or not he has an effective position that has garnered him a seemingly insurmountable lead.

He also has been going to a church for over twenty years that has Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. as its Pastor. Wright has been Obama's Pastor for years, and in fact the title of Obama's book "Audacity of Hope",comes from one of Wright's sermons. Here are some quotes from Obama's Pastor, all given within the past few years, from the wires;

"America is still the No. 1 killer in the world
We believe in white supremacy and black inferiority and believe it more than we believe in God
We supported Zionism shamelessly while ignoring the Palestinians and branding anybody who spoke out against it as being anti-Semitic. . . . We care nothing about human life if the end justifies the means. . . .

We started the AIDS virus . . . We are only able to maintain our level of living by making sure that Third World people live in grinding poverty. . .

We are deeply involved in the importing of drugs, the exporting of guns and the training of professional killers. ... We believe in white supremacy and black inferiority and believe it more than we believe in God. ... We conducted radiation experiments on our own people. ... We care nothing about human life if the ends justify the means.

"And ... And ... And! God! Has got! To be sick! Of this s***!""

I could go on and on, but you get the point. Wright was actually going to speak at Obama's announcement of entering the race for President back in 07 but at the last minute was pulled from the schedule. While it is clear what type of man Wright is and what message he preaches, what is also clear is that Obama is a card carrying member and follower of this church and its teachings. Obama has tried to liken him to an uncle who you at times do not listen to, but has never denounced Wright and his racist bigoted statements. Obama has claimed judgment as his strength yet he does not denounce his Pastors racism and in fact continues to attend the church when he can.

This leaves us to either believe he lacks judgment, which in this case would be a severe lack of judgment to the extent that it should disqualify him from consideration. Or we are left with the other option which would be that down deep Obama does not truly disagree with his Pastor's statements. Either way what should be clear is that he truly does not possess the "judgment" to hold the highest office in the land!

blog you later.
